before your stay

  • Can I arrive before 5 p.m.? We guarantee that your apartment will be ready  from 5 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, we provide you with a luggage storage service, allowing you to enjoy your day. We will call you as soon as your apartment is ready.


  • Can we book from Sunday to Sunday or from 3 days? No, our reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday. We are studying proposals for groups, outside the school holiday period.


  • Can we reserve our ski equipment at your place? Yes, we work with a partner who equips you with equipment. You have a privileged rate and a top-of-the-range service. All details and contact details can be found in the "Partners" tab.

During your stay

  • Where to park? We have a private parking under the residences. We provide you with 1 parking space per apartment. ATTENTION: the maximum height is 1.90m.


  • How is my arrival? Your apartment is available from 5 p.m. You can go to the reception of the establishment where our receptionist will welcome you and give you all the information you need for your stay.


  • How is my departure going? Departure is requested by 9 am at the latest. You can go to the reception of the establishment to return your key and finalize your stay.

Services

  • Bed linen and towels, are they included? We provide you with bed linen (sheets, pillows, duvets) as well as bathroom linen (1 large and 1 small towel per person). The beds are made upon your arrival.


  • Is there a wellness area? There is no wellness area within the residence. On the other hand, there is the Sky SPA a few meters from our establishment.


  • Where is the start of the ski lessons? The property is located on the snow front. Ski lessons start 100 meters away.


  • Do you offer massages? No, we do not have a massage service within the residence. On the other hand, we work with a masseur: Robin Massages. You can find all his contact details in the "Partners" tab.
